Most popular entry chosen by sophisticated diner in a authentic Chinese restaurant. Highly popular in Fujian province of China and thru out south Asian countries where China town are located. This is the one. Love by most Asian consumers. But you can make this at home. Enjoy.
Below. are the list of Ingredients. Thru the courtesy of Mr. Michael Taylor. Who type those list for you and me. So , we can conveniently COPY-PASTE-PRINT the list
List of Ingredients: **created by HAPPY WOK**
I pound pork lean strips (from pork belly)
12 oz. ground pork
5 oz. pork fat strips (from pork belly)
1 tsp. white sugar
2 tsp. five spice powder
½ tsp. white pepper
3 Tbs. light soy sauce
2 Tbs. sesame oil
⅓ cup corn starch
2 Tbs. cooking oil (for stir-fry)
2 Tbs. ginger, minced
2 Tbs. garlic, minced
½ cup green onions, chopped
1 cup carrots, julienned into thin strips
1 cup jicama, julienned into thin strips
6 sheets bean curd skin (soft type)
cooking oil as needed for frying
1 cucumber, sliced (for garnishing)
⅓ cup sweet plum sauce for dipping
*for bean curd skin paste*
1/4 cup water, mix with 2 Tbs corn starch
NOTE: After mixing meat & veggies, divide them into 6 portions.

Wow. That's quite the dish Chef. It looks like a wrapped homemade sausage. Looks amazing. Today I'll be making pork asparagus with water chestnuts in hoisin and chicken barbecue sauces. On Christmas day we will be making a traditional turkey dinner. From my family and cooking wok to yours, wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Chef. That looks really good! And easy enough for me to remember too. I will have to substitute bamboo shoots for jicama, I'm allergic to it.
