The one in Fooda has moved to another location after Fooda closed shop last year. I think Cebu Lumpia House is still serving their Chinese lumpia.

Where do you live? If you are in the US, buy jicama which is singkamas. If you are in the Philippines, it is always available. No substitute because it is a main ingredient. You can use other veggies/root crops like camote but taste and texture will not be the same.

When you buy the tokwa, they come in blocks. Buy the firm ones not the soft ones. You just grate them with a large hole grater.
