@@vandannng528 no nor by just building roads. They are moving there people over in the thousands & they have contracts that they set up with the government. These are loans that have to be paid back, yet if they are not then ownership will go directly to Chinese companies, & an many cases they are building up there own towns & being very disrespectful to the locals. Not allowing them into their businesses, like restaurants, treating them like they are below the Chinese etc. Also in some of these places where they have the desks. the Chinese are also creating arm force bases.
