I just love the fact that this recipe is literally light and healthy. No load of different sauces, sugar or any additional flavour enhancers. This recipe is the best way you can enjoy fresh vegetables and shrimp. This noodles is also a full meal. I love spicy foods but still find this noodles very comforting on a busy or hot day.

i add a green veg such as green beans or broccoli, fresh ginger, some chili, either fresh or fllakes, and fish sauce instead of salt. This tasted bland to me.
