That place did their cheung fun differently. They stuffed a huge amount of ingredients with one big roll instead of 3 rolls pieces per dish. I see why my cousin bargain in Guangzhou everywhere she goes when she buy something. If Luke can bargain with them, he can gets more seafood with a fish, crab, or lobster to go along with their meals. The noodles of the beef briskets are "Yi Mein" and is one of my favorites.

The expensive seafood is because it’s imported. A lot of those shops were distributors. The geoduck clam and the spiny lobster aren’t locally caught. Alaska king crab too... none of those are local thus the expensive price. Also, it’s not easy to haggle there if you’re a foreigner. You overpaid by 5-$10USD IMO. Not too bad all things considered.
