I feel this must get cold Janice when sitting there waiting for sauces with no lid on-- how did you find it-- lm sure or would have to be served immediately always enjoy

I keep the lid on the Thermoserver and it stays hot. Even though when I was videoing the lid wasn’t on as much as I would like, it was still quite hot when I served it. We love this recipe. It is quick, easy and totally delish!!
