CHINESE STYLE PATA TIM
1 pc Pata Front (whole/sliced)
1 head minced garlic
3 pcs star anise
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 Tbsp Patis
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1/4 cup chinese cooking wine
1/4 cup oyster sauce
ground black pepper
1 can (225g) Young Corn, well drained
1 small can (115g) shiitake mushroom, well drained
*Bokchoy (blanched), optional.
Slurry: 1/3 cup cornstarch mix in 2/3 cup cold water
*3 Liters Water
*Walang mabili na bokchoy, kaya hindi ako nakapaglagay. Lagay nyo lang po ang blanched bokchoy sa gillid ng cook pata tim.
*ADD more slurry kung kulang pa sa lapot 🙂
