Hi! Yes you could but as much as possible I’d recommend just pan frying them and cooking Them with some water to steam for a bit. Since oven-baking them would dry them out a bit. Hope this helps!!

Hi! I personally haven’t tried it but I’ve received some messages from people who did try making these and dumpling wrappers (which are similarly with whole wheat flour and they made certain adjustments to the ratio because it can’t be a 1:1 to sub. They did say it was a bit harder to roll out thinly because it’s a bit tougher but they were happy with the results. So best to check the ratio when substituting all purpose for whole wheat flour. :)
