Racial groups can have certain anatomical characteristics. Asians tend to have heavy legs (of course, that doesn't mean that all Asians have heavy legs). Hence their prowess in Olympic Lifting, among other things endemic to success in the sport - coaching, popularity of the sport, training, etc. These elite Chinese lifters are beautifully proportioned, heavily muscled with low body fat.

They literally are built different. It’s all in the hips/glutes , they have much more depth with less tension In the middle spinal area allowing them to exceed the squat much easier Edit: most south eastern people have that ability

When asian get strong:they just have short limb, its body proportion When others run fast:they are just powerful, nothing to do with long shin. Reality: Chinese weightlifter generally are taller than their same weight group peers, they have mucher better snatch, and still have similar clean and jerk while being taller.

I see what you are saying but keep in mind that Lu is a lean 80 something KG at like 172cm. Quite a bit of muscle on his frame, but he's still stronger than much bigger people as you said.

Idk where them asians get their strength from, pulling it out of thin air, but this is weirdly impressive to watch. Imagine if they actually become bulky thicc, they could lift cars.

@@Gunbardo their body is perfect for the sport of weightlifting. shorter limbs with a longer torso is ideal for not only tension but mainly all the lifts associated with olympic lifting. we aren't gonna talk about peds that's a different issue but their genetics and training methods are top tier for the sport. i highly recommend the lu fly its really a nice accessory for anyone training for lifts
