Great video. We always planted our Golden Bantam Sweet Corn flat. The first time we side dress with fertilizer is when start making the hill rows. We do this to support our corn for the numerous high winds from our severe thunderstorms during our summers. We usually flooded or row’s during the droughts, the deep rows helped. I really enjoy the Farmall gardening videos.

Man these videos off the super A and 140 bring back so many memories of our Tyler Texas Rose growing operation. Makes me miss my Dad. When he passed in 2020 he had 7 140’s. I kept the newest one that was bought new in 1977. Best one row gardening tractor ever. Ford and John Deere tried to compete with them with their offsets but no comparison imo.I do have the diesel 274 international with the hydraulic lifts I’m going to sell eventually. Loved the music Great video

That disk and cultivator are doing some pretty work. I think we might be medium day onions but I could be wrong. All the best from Greensboro NC.

You need an intermediate day onion in our area. I have done short day type and they did pretty good. Where do you get yours at Joey?

I ordered from Hoss Tools.

Good to see the Super working. I’m glad the spring tooth is doing what you had hoped/thought it would. Not a productive day here, sympathy pains for the date?? Or something else perhaps? I did not watch the debate last evening, so that’s not what has me down! Lots of equipment being used, that’s why you have it. Great video. Thanks for sharing.

Where did you end up getting your prongs for the 300? I have a 450 Id like to do the same, it doesn't have a top link bracket yet either so I need to figure that out. We have always planted intermediate onions here in ENC, I have short day seeds from Hoss that Im going to start here soon and give them a try. We planted the intermediate early in the year and seem to do well, if we can keep the grass down.

Hey Charles I actually got them off eBay. They were the cheapest there. I figured even if they were made in China the steel is so thick I could wield it if something broke.

My Toro has a tool free tube for draining the oil….. of course they mount the filter sideways so you’re gonna dump oil all over the place no matter what 😂

I can't see hilling rows to plant on , but to each his own. Sure would love to be doing some of that but colon cancer has ruined my whole year. JD nut58 Steve from Lineville Alabama.

Hey Steve I pray that you will get better and stronger. I’ll knock those rows back down before I plant. God Bless
