I going for a c&p examination and increase on back and neck a as secondary static claim. VA honored all test on spine and neck . That shows future damage. They can't reduce the back if evidence shows worse can they ? Plus i have solid evidence for Pact Act. Just trying to understand . V/R Jason

5:27 12 months in gainful employment is barley learning a new job and even more difficult to adapt in new rolls if you're disabled in any capacity. a 12 month grace period is a joke. Should be 3 years minimal like any other assistance program or g.i. bill. give these veterans a chance!
