I had the pleasure of running into Tammy at the grocery store today. I have to say, in all honesty, she is beautiful in person outside and inside. Thank you for inspiring me to change weight loss methods and start counting calories instead of doing low carb. Following low carb just stopped working for me. So now, I calculated how many calories I need, to lose 1 lb per week and so far I've lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks and I can eat whatever I want within my calorie budget. Using the Lose It App makes it easy to keep track of what I eat daily. So far so good! Being in a calorie deficit is just great common sense. 😃

Sometimes...I take my mixer with one of the things attached...hold on to the jar really tight...and mix it up...I do this when I first open it...store it upside down...I do not refrigerate these.

Had to come back on once l finished watching! I bought a single packet of that Magnesium L Threonate. I skipped my Glycinate that night. That night l slept through the entire night!!!
