Yess, new energy means new goals! As someone who has recently dealt with depression & is currently redefining themselves, I want you to know that I’m proud of you! It may not be the end of the world to some, but I know how free and accomplishing it feels to have control of your energy & mindset. So yeah, I’m sooo happy for you! Keep that same energy 😅 excited for Katober & love the hair btw! 💕💕

I've experienced the same with my ear. I just cleaned it with antibacterial soap and rubbed some 100% raw african shea butter, that totally worked for me. Also, I am from DC but I attend school in NC and I am a first generation college student. Right now I'm in my sophomore year studying Biology with a minor in Spanish and upon graduation going into an Accelerated BSN program. I have my hard times and I know I will face challenges but I know with God by my side i WILL get my degrees!! For anyone going through a rough patch right now, Psalm 46:1-3, Isaiah 43:1-3 💕💕💕💕

Kathryn Bedell is literally one of the most genuine people on KZbin. I’ve never felt so connected to a KZbinr like when I watch her videos. She speaks about her experience and truth and I love it, I just started my first year of college and I do feel so down and not put in my best and it’s actually been making me feel worse about myself and to see that she is going through similar things to me makes me not feel alone and I appreciate that she doesn’t hide this side of her❤️

I never really comment on videos, but I've been following you for a while now & you're my fave. I love how transparent you are & it's amazing to see your growth and how you are overcoming & taking things day by day. Wow just drag me Kat! Lmao I'm kidding,😂 but this video really woke my ass up as far as me learning how to balance school and work. I'm also trying for all A's this semester but like you these quizzes wanna try me off...🙃 But this week I'm doing better thus far and hopefully I can carry it out til December. Because sis I'm trying to graduate next year in December even though "technically" I'm suppose graduate this year since I graduated high school in 2014 but I've learned to stop letting that bother me when I saw others this past May graduate and I'm still in school. But enough of my rambling I just wanna thank you because you just really motivated me to do better, caused me to get a planner, and just overall live a healthier life and surround myself with BETTER people. So thank you Kat! 😘❤️ and I wish you the best of luck and many more blessings❤️❤️

After watching it all, I’ll share my college story. I’m 31 and when I first entered college I had no earthly idea what I wanted to do, and that is ok! I tried my best in all my classes. English 101, I had to take over. Passed that, great! Business Writing, felt like the instructor didn’t like me all. Once, she told us to do a paper on someone we liked-I did Gwen Stefani and after I did mine she threw major shade and it discouraged me. I was really fragile lol. My self esteem was very low to the point I failed. And next year I will be going back with a clear vision. So to anyone reading this, don’t give up. My school offered school counseling for free so if your school offers it, take it! And remember your future is an investment so don’t give up. I wish I done things differently but what made me snap out of it was facing my reality. Hope this encourages someone out there ! 💞

Kat thank you for sharing your story, 2017 and part of 2018 have been so tough. Like you I had an epiphany of my own and if hit me that I had not been thanking God for what he has been bringing me through. All I was focusing on was a negative when to be quite honest he could have been so much worse. But like you family members began to withdraw from me because I was so negative and that really hit me hard. What I learned from watching them is that everybody falls down and everybody fails but what I didn't know how to do when bad things happen to me was how to recover how to overcome the circumstances without falling into a depressive state. If I may suggest start to journal even if you don't have a lot to say try and write down all the good things that happened that day and let go of the negative and you will begin to see more positive ways to live your life and just how blessed you are. I love how real your chats are, and it feels like a real conversation not a script. Glad to see that you're feeling better can't wait for your upcoming video uploads.

@chachastin Your quiz story reminds me of the time I was enrolled in an art history course some semesters ago. I hated studying and reading so I figured I could ace the first test without studying. I failed it and was so pissed that I wanted to drop the course 😂Instead of doing that, I gave it another try. So for the next test I was prepared. After the days we met I would reread my chapter notes. I made flash cards and studied them everyday. I took the second test and made a passing grade. I was so happy and glad that I didn’t quit all because I failed. It taught me that I have the potential to make passing grades I just needed to apply myself. It also taught me not to give up so easily. I’ve applied the same methods every semester after that and have been successful in every class. I will be graduating this December and I’m so proud of myself!!! I know my story may seem normal to others, but for me it was something special because I finally acknowledged that I have potential to accomplish anything. I’ve been so used to family members doubting my capabilities I started to believe them, but not anymore. Graduating in December is proof that I am capable of finishing what I started. It may have taken more than four years, but I kept going. Thank you for your story and I commend you on your progress. You are definitely an inspiration 😍

I’m not even in school right now but this video is an true eye opener for me . October is an all around depressing month for me. I’ve lost my mother and grandmother in the month of October. From breast cancer and pneumonia and all of our birthdays are back to back 10th ,19th and 21and and they both passed on the 27th of October 3 years apart. I’ll be 20 on the 21 and it’s gotten to bad I’ve stopped celebrating my birthday. I’ve found myself really depressed sleeping for days straight at a time , no appetite and being mean cause i feel like nobody really understands. So i come to your KZbin for that voice of motivation cause i don’t have it anymore. On top off other things that’s going on in my life. So instead of me looking at this month as an depressing time of year I’m gonna try to look at it as a positive time of year I’m not exactly sure yet and it’s not going to happen over night. I know that was all over the place but thanks a million times Kathryn ♥️

Finally got the time to sit down and watch the FULL video but girlll, what you said about looking at things negatively and like glass half empty is really true, negativity takes control over you and your emotions especially when its coming from within. I'm trying to be more positive and happier in life like I was when I was younger and seeing the bright side of everything really helps with the everyday stress factors. There is always something to stress about but looking at those factors more positively has really helped me overcome my depression instead of sulking in it. Also I honestly would love a financial video lol bcus I need help saving, its high-key hard as hell! Also always HERE for the long videos🤗, I really feel like I can relate!

I relate so much to trying to be more positive. Honestly it’s so much easier to be negative because that is a thing that is certain. Bad things will happen it’s just facts. When I stopped taking it all personal, I was able to see what you were seeing which was I needed to change my reaction and mindset because that is the only thing I could control about my situation.
