Wow! Partnership with Toyota!! So happy, and proud of you and how far you have come doing what you love!!
@JCannАй бұрын
I guess being in partnership with Toyota means being their shrill in advancing a 65k truck the likes of which nobody asked for. Hydro dynamic seats….WTF! Those certainly come in handy on paved streets. Powered tailgate, give me a break. Just more crap to waste ones money. Get rid of those two items and by Toyotas standards you should save 10k.

this was awesome. seeing normal but fun people going on a fun adventure into pretty landscape, that doesn't require or focus on tons of additional equipment and technical expertise (which i can see you have) that I will never bother to learn, apart from a great version of a stock vehicle. nice video. would be great to see a winter version too involving snow covered roads and fireplaces AND whether to use 2H or 4H if there are mixed surfaces eg asphalt with regular patches of snow and ice :) ❄️ ⛄️ i relate to the enjoyment of the driving experience itself and your passion for high speed desert running with the ability to tune the Fox shocks on the fly and the focus on the thrills but without being obsessed with a whole bunch of other gear. i think there are plenty like you who want a fun vehicle who enjoy off-road driving but also want to focus on things like hiking, fat biking, photography, etc, and not on building some even more expensive and highly modified overland rig. maybe get Toyota to send you to do another one of these in Alaska or Canada?
@Doc1855Ай бұрын
We took our (my) 23 TRD Off Road, Double Cab, 6’ bed on its First Dirt a couple of weeks ago. It was fun on the WA BDR from Cashmere to Entiate (WA state). We couldn’t make it the whole way because the snow got too deep, but nonetheless we had fun.

I'm sure the videos don't do the actual experience justice. Every time we've gone out and tackled an obstacle the video makes it seem like a 2/3 out of 10 difficulty LOL. Thanks for always putting out quality and transparent content Chloe!

The dirt roads to the party spots on the Navajo reservation are way rougher than that. They’ll put any truck to the test.

BiG TiME *"**#Toyota_Tacoma**"* Fan Boy here. I own both a 2010 Tacoma and a 2018 Tacoma. 2010 feels like and drives like Truck, but the 2018 is smooth like a car. Keeping these babies a long time, the 2024 V4 twin Turbo is a No-No for me. The 2024 Nissan Frontier still has a V6 and of course sells for less than the 2024 Tacomas. Toyota shoves whatever they want on their customers and we are supposed to be grateful for the nasty Toyota Salva hanging on our face. 🤤 . *"NOPE"* 👎🏼 🤨 ~○~

@@Yoyomanmanholla Incorrect. That was the case with the old 3rd gen Pro, but not any more. I have a video on my channel all about it the differences and there are quite a few now. They are more like an offroad focused limited model now. The Trailhunter and Pro also have unique steering racks which is a big one. They also have the lighting differences, interior quality differences, width difference, armor, and seat bar disconnect. It goes beyond that as well.

I see that the COMPLETELY ALL NEW, Tacoma still has the same old Gloomy Grey interior that became popular in 1990. No thank you ! My 23 TRD Off Road, double cab, 6’ bed with the premium and technology pkgs came with Death Black Leather interior, so I promptly had Katzkin make me Red Leather seat covers with black trim and stitching. I sold the factory leather to a friend who had gray cloth interior in his 23 TRD Off Road. After Katzkin removed my black leather and replaced it with the red leather, they took my friends gray cloth and installed my black leather. It was a Win Win. I then took my White TRD to the body shop and had them 3 tone my Tacoma with Barcelona Ted metallic following the body lines of the Tacoma.

The fact that it’s $10k more than a Ranger raptor, but barely gets 2mpg better on the highway and is otherwise inferior really makes you think. Great looking truck, but $55k seems like a better price point!

Sorry Chloe I can't get in to the 2024 Tacoma I'm 64 years old and have had many Tacoma 4X4 all with a V6 and that is what it should have in it I like everything about the new Tacoma, but by putting in a 4cylinder it will be the death of the Tacoma and they are not selling like Toyota would like them to and I can't forget about the Tundra that got the Tacoma's motor? Toyota bring back the Tacoma's V6 and the Tundra's V8 and you would have a to great trucks I have been to three dealers, and they got Tacoma's in stock, and no one wonts them Sad days for use true Taco lovers

Well I’m 65 and have put 2500 miles on mine. My son has a 2023 with V6 and likes the turbo 4 better than his 6. It does not lack for power and climbs the local 2500’ elevation mountain better than the 6. The basic engine is proven in other Toyota vehicles. I’ll stick with actual experience from owning one.
