How do you preserve them?

Nice job. They look lovely. I haven't tried it yet but am keen to see how banana leaves will react. I live in the tropics so plenty of sun. Thanks for the inspiration.

thanks and good luck! Banana leaves sound good. Have a look at the work of Almudena Romero, I'm sure she used banana leaves for some of her chlorophyll prints.

@@RealPhotographyCompany Hey, thanks for the suggestion. I gave it a go a couple of days ago but I'm going to have to get my timing right. The midday sun was so powerful I ended up with a dry leaf in about an hour. 😂

@@jimhood1202 It can make a difference what sort of leaves you use - I did this on a long hot day at midsummer, and tried several different sorts of leaves. Some of them I overcooked, but others worked out really well. I'm not in the tropics though! Make sure the leaves are picked fresh, and whatever you place on top is kept firmly in place the whole time. A cooler day should help - good luck!

@@RealPhotographyCompany Based on the results you got and others I've seen elsewhere I think I'll presevere. Thanks again for the video and the feedback. 😊
