Choco Chips Soft Cookie Bars | Tasty Cookie Bar Recipe | The Terrace Kitchen

SERVES: 9 Medium Cookie Bars
INGREDIENTS:
• ¼ Cup + 2 Tbsp (85gm) Butter (मक्ख़न)
• ½ Cup + 2 Tbsp (67gm) Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• 2 Tbsp (15gm) Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp (1.2ml) Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस)
• 1 Cup (120gm) All Purpose Flour/Maida (मैदा)
• ½ Tsp (6gm) Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
• 4 Tbsp (60ml) Milk (दूध)
• 3-4 Tbsp Choco Chips (चोको चिप)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 10-15 min
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 15-17 min

You'll need to use 1-1.5 tbsp extra milk if you're using whole-wheat flour. Or you can use half maida and half whole-wheat flour.
