A modern take on one of the favourite Holi sweets. The traditional holi recipe (gujiya). Sweet dumplings made without maida filled with a mixture of khoya and chocolate chips, without any deep fried in ghee and finally topped with freshly made chocolate syrup. This one is for all the chocolate lovers!
Ingredients:
For Dough-
Wheat flour-1/2 cup
Powered sugar-2 tablespoon
Cocoa powder-1/2 cup
Ghee- 1/4 cup
For Stuffing-
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chocochips
Dry Fruits- Almonds, Cashew, Pistachio, Raisins
