Hi there, our oven is now a convection oven, so we put the baking sheets in the middle-lower rack of the oven. 😊

這款的話，用中粉的效果會好過低粉，低粉也可以做，但麵糊濕度較高，低粉撐不太起來結構，口感偏糊，沒有中粉好。😊
