I made this and it was AMAZING! I used a cup of Nespresso pike for the coffee, and it did an incredible job at enhancing the rich chocolate flavour. Super flavourful but not heavy at all or overly sweet. Whoever is reading this, go make this cake!

Too good ! I tried this out yesterday. I did not expect such amazing results with egg. I mean I was reluctant at first because I thought it would smell but tada, no traces of egg or the smell. Do try it guys. Also I did not have cream for the ganache so I used heavy cream milk instead and that too worked.

Hey there!!! Just wanted to tell, I made this cake yesterday.. Did everything according to the recipe but just replaced the eggs with 1/2 cup buttermilk and it turned out delicious... After the cake was done, I was so impatient that I didn't wait till it got completely cooled and just went for the tasting.. It was good when tried warm but tasted amazing today, after freezing the whole night... Also in my area cream is not available currently so I made a brigadero frosting and it totally complemented the cake making it even fudgier... Thank you so much for this yummy recipe...

Great result. i use 130 gram white sugar and 70 gram brown. That was all i have. And instead of cacao, i add same amount of drinking chocolate. Still perfect

I could not resist the urge and prepared the cake at 11pm. The process was a little messy cause I used small bowl then had to transfer to a larger plastic bowl then realized it is not a good idea to pour hot water to plastic bowl so I transfer the mass again. I was not deters. It was worth waiting for the morning coffee with a very moist and delicious piece of cake. Life is good.
