Chocolate King Kong!

This one is more than 5 years old and it was my tallest chocolate creation at the time, peaking at 6 feet tall and weighing 180 lbs! Fun fact: I have actually crafted the exact number of windows from the real Empire State Building (6,514)!

It's insane how multi-talented he is. He's obviously a master at working with chocolate to be able to make something like this that doesn't immediately collapse. But he's also genuinely good at making delicious pastries, and being able to sculpt a big ape like that, in a difficult pose like that, without it looking incredibly wonky, also requires a LOT of a skill.
