I honestly have never tried. I have only used buttercream. You have to somewhat press the chocolate wrap onto the buttercream so the whipped cream may be too soft

The white cream is actually melted white chocolate. You would just slowly melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds then stir it and then microwave for 15 seconds until melted completely

I would stick to parchment paper. It’s much stronger as holds up to the weight of the chocolate.
