It’s not time… it’s time when he is ready. Old age is no shame. An old man is an elder- is wise and even if he did not do well in the debate because he was sick.. he is human. Being sick- he found it difficult to address Trump’s blatant lies. Playing golf has nothing to do with running the country. Just look at all Biden has accomplished this past few years.
