Apart from talent and built different thing. These videos speaks volumes of how many hours goes into preparation. As they say “Hard work betrays none. Much effort, much prosperity." And man all these Kenyan videos makes me go there and run in such beautiful scenery. And that photo capturing effect was icing on the cake.

GoPro Hero 7 Black with custom protune settings and post production applied. Photos are a Canon 1300d. For filming from the bicycle the GoPro is great because of its good stabilization and it's size makes it possible to get the low angles. The next thing to get better is the audio

Pretty much! We picked him up about 10km back. Pretty common here to join a group that you can't really complete a session with, but just go absolutely all out until you can't go any more. I think it's really awesome, there's no looking down on that guy either. Good vibes from everyone there on having people like that join. One day he might complete the session

Another super video. However, some constructive criticism. It seems the equipment Angus is using, is not as good in terms of image quality. It does not look crisp nor sharp enough compared to the videos coming from USA. I am sure this is because the camera and lens is not as good :). The vide could be much better because lightning and scenery is just superb. Anyway, amazing content as usual guys, just my 2 cents :).

most of the african naitons have not developed at all. running marathon is the only game in town( all long distance races). you will get sponsorship and career. the competition is simply fierce to say the least. BOTH KENYA AND UTHOPIA consistently bid for higher laurels. I mean these folks ran 35 km like a jog without any fuss. Thankfully the prize money for marathons are good and there are plenty of them to make a decent living and also get sponsorship. BOSTON,BERLINK,NYK,LONDON,TOKYO,DUBAI,PARIS, AMSTERDAM TO NAME A FEW. I mean mostly american races offer excellent dividends and you will also get noticed! but now lot of folks from other developed nations are looking in to it. As now there are carbon shoes, better techniques for running, high class diet. Because of higher incentive it has got their attention. Where there is money you have folks bidding for laurels. it is just the name of the game!
