No, it means that the irreversible drugs keeps the choline esterase inhibited for ever. But that doesn't mean we will have increased ach forever that's because new choline esterase are synthesized

Sir .. in a book it is given that muscarinic action on CVS is bradycardia and hypotension , ganglionic stimulation would tend to increase hear rate and blood pressure.. i am confused...u said that Bradycardia will decrease the heart rate ..... ...

Sir, one question is striking my mind.... Whether all the cholinergic drugs occupy the both receptors (muscarinic & nicotinic) at the same time to give pharmacological action? or is there any selective drugs to bind in either receptor? since both receptors have functions which is different from each other. , Sir, Kindly clear my confusion..
