I've accidentally bought a giant tomato paste and it freezes beautifully. You can put it in a zip lock bag lay it flat, then portion it in cubes, and freeze.

The sauce can get mouldy in the fridge, after a week. So I usually freeze the tomato paste or sauce in silicone trays for making chocolate or cookies or silicone icecube trays. After they freeze, I stick them in bags.

Hey Megan - tip on the stainless steel skillets- you need to preheat the pan for 2-3 mins before adding the oil. If you follow this method food won’t stick

Stainless steel cooking tip! Let the fry pan heat up for a few minutes, get a sprinkle of water and if the water droplets glide over the pan (not sizzle) then the pan is ready and should be non stick. You can then turn the heat down to medium or low as the pan will retain the heat. Ive cooked eggs on my pan like this and they dont stick and you dont need as much oil 😊

I grew up freezing tomato paste then put some in the fridge. my mom would put it in a glass container in the fridge and put oil on top so it preserves. Then tilt to side to leave oil in it and scoop out what we needed

7:15 Did Mr. Moon say "Oh Jesus!" Bwahaha that made my da (and girl I needed to laugh, ohkay!?). Loved that interaction.Btw if you have a mortar and pestle you can bash the boiled chicken with pestle/club in a cutting board and the meat will break down to shreds. Much faster.

If you're struggling with food sticking to stainless steel you have to let the pan heat up first before adding oil or food. You can test this by splashing a small amount of water on it and if it forms into marble like shapes and moves around the pain it's hot enough so that it turns non stick :)

Everything you made looks delicious! If you need some ideas to help use up that tomato paste, I make my spaghetti bolognese with tomato paste, a little tomato ketchup, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes maybe some honey, oregano, garlic, a spoonful of 고추장 and a little salt and pepper (you can use mince beef or vegetarian alternatives for protein) And serve with pasta, it doesn't even have to spaghetti LOL

Megan freeze the paste into ice cube trays. Then freeze, pop out the cubes, and put them in a ziplock. They should be good for about a year. I cube is about an ounce.
