Fairy liquid is always a must, used it on my RS19 tyre replacement and it went on like a charm. Another tip I like to use is semi-inflating the tube before putting the second side in, just enough to keep its form but not too much.

Harbor Freight stuff is made out of Chinese beer cans. Crap! BTW, I install tubes in tires by inflating the tube the day before and let it sit. Then, I use baby powder on the rim valley and the inside of the tire. Deflate the tube nearly all the way and cover the tube with baby powder and install the tube. The powder makes it slide and conform to the tire/rim when inflating. To get the tire bead on I use small plastic bicycle tire irons that will not pinch the tube. Much cleaner job. Inflate the tube to 10# and roll the wheel on the floor back in forth to help seat the tube. Do this again at 20# and 30#. Works great every time. I've changed a thousand bike tires on the road the same way with no tire irons. Just my opinion. Great vid as always.

As a safety feature so people can always find their way back home so to not get lost in the forest, and to reduce range anxiety because of batteries, just remove the battery entirely, and install a super thin super long power cord like with a fishing reel or the cable return that a vacuum cleaner uses.

I was planning to go a different route. Install a miniature nuclear reactor - uranium has much better energy density than Li-Ion cells. However, the idea with the cord seems good too. Evangelions in NGE did that. If it works for a humongous mecha, why wouldn't it for an EUC?

This does work on a tire thats already punctured I did it on my wheel after going over a bobby pin and it sealed it. It is a much easier option than replacing the tire thats for sure!

If you can find a part number or anything on the wheel ring, I see people selling replacements on ebay/aliexpress. Alternately, you can grab your calipers and measure the one you have to match it up to one that's close. They sell them in halves so you only have to buy the part that broke if you only broke one side of a split ring. The good news is that if you end up switching to an off the shelf wheel ring your tire selections might open up somewhat, depending on which rim you switched to. If I find that I can do this to my wheels then I'll put up some notes for others who might want to tinker with their uni's treads.

Looks like you need to find yourself somebody with a TIG welder that's good on aluminum. You would have to probably separate the rim from the motor to do it right but that could all be fixed bent back into shape and welded. You need to give your tubes a nice coating of talcum powder before you put them in the tire.

MY MSP 2500w is slimed and ks16x too. Warning ballance you rim weight(motoweight) before you apply slime becasue after aplication liquid inside make measure (on weight) imposible. I learn this hard way 🤦‍♀️

My isse with Slime is it is not freeze resistant, and in the winter it is driping hard through the glass and thorn holes accoumumated through the year. Disgusting and hazardous snailtrail left on my path when I arrive in the office. But some piuncture repair fluid deffiniately is amust. Anyone had experience with other fluids during winter? Would love to hear about other options.

Harbor Freight are cheap junk tools made in China like your rim, just buy quality and have a piece of mind. Good info tho, I run 32psi in my RST & EX without a problem so far but as much as I hate higher pressure, I hate bent rims more so I’m increasing psi a few. Also, Armordilloz is better than Slime.
