As a christian, I am so sorry we have not made you feel warm around us. I am sorry we have taken Gods place and meted judgment upon you. I am sorry that we have not been the best example of Christs love. I am sorry we have pretended to be more righteous than Jesus. ( I mean, see how he dealt with Zacheus and the harlots in a very gentle way.) I am so sorry. Sending you hugs and lots of love!

Very powerful speech. I think those who judge you are not being honest. They just envy your SUCCESS!. Secondly, harmony leads to happiness. Humanity is battling some fundamental questions. I won't cheer or castigate you but will only leave this advice here. When you reach a crossroad and are not sure of the next move, the best advice is to go back where you have come from because it is the only familiar way you know.

Its my prayer that the spirit of the Lord continues to minister to her ,grant her the grace of healing from a traumatic childhood experiences. Probably this will heal her whole being and conform to what is normal lifestyle. Otherwise for now, its hard and almost impossible to love a man. God's grace is abundant gal. Congratulations!!!! A story is told about the Buddha and how after enlightenment he met a man who being struck by his radiance and sense of peace asked him: "My friend, what are you? Are you a god?" "No", the Buddha replied. "Are you a magician, a wizard?" Again the Buddha answered, "No". Perplexed, the man asked again "So what exactly are you?", the Buddha replied: "I'm awake". To finally be awake to who you truly are is a magical thing. Unfortunately so many of us use all of our time and energy focusing on others that we fail to awake to our own true self resulting in second hand empty lives that are trapped in norms that we have borrowed instead of norms cultivated from our own awakeness. GO Makena GO. More light to you.

She is bold and very sophisticated,I agree with her for one thing, that we should love one another, but we have to agree that if everyone says they choose their own truth, then it stops being the truth, there can onily be one truth, and that is God created them man and woman.

These 16 minutes have made a significant difference in me. Living in the light instead of hiding in the shadows in fear of what others say; this is the best gift to yourself (myself). Thank you so much Makena for speaking up. You're bold, and bold is you💯 I hope we all get there someday soon

All of us struggle with different challenges. The reality is that no matter how much we want to normalize them, will never make them normal. An apple will always be an apple no matter how much you call it a tomato. But we should not hate ppl bcs of their struggles. They ought to be loved but at the same time be told the truth. The question is, how do we do it?

As a Christian I know we need to practice love in our day to day encounters for whoever that’s human and I wouldn’t hate you for who you but remind you that that’s not what God intended for you. You’d rather stay single than be in love with same gender. I thank God you are bold and I urge you to be bold too in doing all that God expects of you. It’s something you need to pray about and one day you will overcome

Theres no life without Jesus Christ. Because when you leave this life(death) there is nothing left. Empty we came and empty we shall go. Blessed is the one who has believed (born again) in Jesus because they have eternal life.
