I cried. Choose Your Attitude is familiar to me from FiSH Philosophy, but Debra made me cry, and made me feel like this could be a way of ‘braining’ when you can’t just ‘feel’ an attitude or emotion. Choose triggers to check in with yourself on your choice of attitude. Choose an attitude. List reasons you have for that attitude. Move on. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Debs, I always enjoy the lesson of Choose Your Attitude... seems like every time I hear, read or watch it, I find new or at least renewed understanding. It has been several years since you presented to our team and I so well remember the feedback - especially one lady coming up afterward, in tears, saying what she was going through personally, that your presentation meant the world to her. This was amazing to see in person. I didn't really know her story when I went to TEDxSalford but I left with this as one of the most inspirational talks of the night, and such practical advice! Thanks Debra for sharing x
