Watched all the 4 episode in a marathon way :3 very good. Clicked subs button. Do you love GS with its powerful charge? Then bow will give you the ranged version~ My LBG usage is the highest, sadly, i still cant master it. This weapon has very wide range of styles (not hunter styles). HBG is simply pewpewpew die. Else, the hunter is the one will die.

Haven't played since Freedom Unite either. I'll probably default to Gunlace again but for secondary weapons I'm definetly considering Insect glaive because of this video-series

These were some great videos, man. A buddy and I are gearing up to jump into Monster Hunter for the first time, and I'll definitely be sending him a link to this. The complexity and fierce transitions from clever defense to raging offense really draw me toward the Charge Blade, but the Longsword, Hammer, and Hunting Horn seem fun as well. I'm sure my buddy will settle on the Greatsword, but I wonder how long it'll take him or whether he'll surprise me.

I am glad there are new hunters being brought to the series, if you are planning to start then my advice would be to focus on one weapon, as money and materials are quite difficult to obtain in the beginning. I would suggest picking something such as the hammer / Greatsword, or any weapon that focuses on raw damage as otherwise you will need to branch the weapons for individual elements. Happy hunting.

Being a heavy bowguner that switched to chargeblade I can say I feel so thankful for this series it was so hard to wait for the video of the charge blader but so worth it I can say something interesting about the heavy bowgun is it allows one a certain underdstanding about a monster how they will be transferred when you successfully hunt them what will their "pelt" be turned into how will that feel

I would probably look into charge blade and insect glaive primarily because they are weapons I haven't been able to use up to now, as a psp hunter, I never got to try out the weapons so I will be interested to see how they work.

Mr. Saturn compression is a feature unique to Monster Hunter Frontier, you essentially take all the bullets you have in the magazine and condense them into a single high power shot with more recoil.

Im a bow user, charge to level 2 all the time and repeat the same strategy in a safe spot with monsters pattern until its over.

Great video series on all the weapons in Monster Hunter. I have a question. On the end of your videos was that was it a reference to Cowboy Bebop and the Ace Hunters in 4 Ultimate?

Yeah it is a Cowboy Bebop reference and the Ace Hunters. But as gamers play a different life with each new game, my farewell adjusts with the game that is being discussed. Sometimes you are the Delta Force Operative. Sometimes you are the High Inquisitor. Sometimes you are the Space Cowboy. Next time our paths cross, you could be playing a different life, which means that is a new story to tell.

What a great video series! Very informative and poetic. :D I'm impressed! Is english your primary language? If not color me even more impressed. lol I think for World I will be branching off into new territory and mastering something new, probably the charge blade. But, I will still have my trusty Lance at times and I have to see how it plays in this new Generation 5. :3 Although honestly, from the very first game I have always made weapons of nearly every kind and enjoyed all of them. They all bring something fun and unique to the table.
