Pixilate Tera Blast is such a neat tech. With the 20% power boost, Tera Blast clocks in as a (80 x 1.2 =) 96 power Fairy move if you don't tera. That's a match for Moonblast, making it a good enough to use without terastralizing! This means you can bring the tera coverage without pigeon-holing yourself to having to tera the mon!
