I know im a bit late, so you guys might have learnt more about it already, but apparently they introduced Take Heart for Manaphy & Phione in Gen 8 (i think specifically in PLA), and it cures status conditions & raises Sp Atk & Sp Def. So they now have another/a new signature stat boosting move, which i think is cool.

Take Heart is Phione’s signature in PLA. It’s Calm Mind that heals status effects. In PLA, it raises offensive and defensive stats for 4 turns, heals status effects, and raises action speed. Y’all should use it more in these letter battle vids

Honestly, S has to be one of the more broken letters. It can turn terrible Pokemon into the most broken Pokemon on your team with things like Simple, Sword of Ruin, Speed Boost, Storm Drain, Supreme Overlord, Shift Gear, Swords Dance, Synthesis, Sacred Fire, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword, Sucker Punch, Scale Shot, Scald, Salt cure, Spacial Rend, Sticky Web, Stone Axe... The list goes on.

I feel like Q should get a little bit of special treatment and you can pick anything with Q in the name at all. Really only adds things with Aqua in the name for abilities but for moves, you get the Aqua moves along with the Torque moves from the Team Star Starmobiles as well as Earthquake. Would give the Q pokemon a much better shot at success (especially since there's only four Q moves 😅)

Love the then we fight videos ❤. An idea I had for a new challenge. Kiss marry avoid. Randomised starters. Player 1 looks at their starters and reveals 1 typing per Pokémon to their opponent. Their opponent Avoids one of those Pokémon banning them from the round. Player 1 then chooses one Pokémon from the remaining 2 to marry and put on their team. The cheeky kiss is they have to take a move or ability from the remaining Pokémon. Rinse and repeat till you each have a team of 6. And then we battle
