Hi Andrea, thank you for sharing your thought process. Excuse my ignorance but do you make an enlarged print version for your client or try to re-create the original on a larger size? I am very curious how this works. I am enjoying your channel very much!❤

It’s a color sample for them and a design style only. I don’t try to replicate it

Thank you, I did see that on your next video that I watched! Your method of teaching is very well done, inspiring and helpful. 🤗💖

Great video. Thank you! You referenced a cold wax that can be used with acrylic. Would you mind saying where to get that/brand name?

It’s an app called ArtRooms

Hi-she didn’t answer your question very well. A ‘mock-up,’ is a sort of draft of what the final artwork would look like, but small. She then uploaded it to the app ArtRooms, which allows you to view your art on the wall of a room. (They offer lots of photos of various rooms.)Sometimes you can even use a picture of your own room, but you have to upload that. If the person likes the painting, you would then paint the piece on a real canvas the size the client wants.😊 Have fun!!

Can you paint over acrylic cold wax, with acrylics successfully. I’ve been wondering that for awhile, but I’ve only seen it used as the final layer. It looks like that you are doing that. Doors are opening….

So the cold wax you can do that with is designed SPECIFICALLY to work with acrylics, it's called PowerWax. You cannot do that with Gamblin cold wax which is designed for oil painting.

I to have been wondering about the power wax, purchased a container of it and have used it sparingly… not sure how to seal / varnish over it… I did use the power wax over the whole painting to seal it 🤷♀️ it took months to cure, it’s very pretty and brought that wax depth… however the piece I did is still in my studio as I am not sure if it’s sealed or do I add something over it? Appreciate any advice or direction, I learn so much from watching your videos and thankful for the knowledge you share!
