I’ve got brass meeting PVC. Condensation discharge hose from AC unit. Will this work? Using blue thread lock.

You should use 1 strength rating upwards from this one. My friend, I only use Permatex products for my RC model hobby needs. You won't go wrong buying them. Hell, we must privately import them via airmail here in Australia. That's how faithful we are to Permatex.

the thrad locker lubes the threads do you torque to lubed or the dry torque values

Are all these products impervious to fuels?

All but the low-strength purple one. That is, nitro fuel from my RC vehicles soaked through nuts with the purple one applied thickly by me.
