I'm the daughter of a fire and brimstone southern Baptist preacher. Grew up in a family of multiple pastors, and my grandparents were traveling evangelists. I struggled with finding answers to the many questions I had. And believe me, I had endless ones. No one could or would take the time to answer me and I didn't recognize the version of God they were presenting to me. Even as a child, I instinctively knew God was love. And most of what I was being taught about him felt wrong. Pastor Craig has answered more of my questions in the last two months than I've had answered answered in 42 years of my life. September 10th, 2023 I chose to have a new chapter. Thank you Jesus! As my husband puts it, I have a new birthday now! 🎉😊❤ Praise God and Thank you Lord for using Pastor Craig. Thank you Pastor Craig for heeding his call. You helped lead me home to our Father. ❤

Great sermon. Loved the labeling of the chapters. I've been disabled for some time, and have been approved for part time work. Just finished a copy of my resume and emailed it to a guy at the unemployment office who is going to help me with it, it's been a very long time. Also, I had accidently shredded my work history and had to send $95 to the govornment to get minimal information on my work history. Love the book of Ruth, brave women, and am in II Kings in my Old Testament reading. Thankful for the talk on God's providence and about the chapters of our lives. How we can only see what God is weaving in hindsight.

Thank you so so so much. I really needed this. I am living in a state I don't like because almost a year ago I had no choice but to go back to Michigan from Tennessee. I am really home sick. I haven't been able to start saving yet and it's been almost 5 years since I have had my place. Wanting to have it already and be happy again in Tennessee. That's where I got closer to God and felt like myself. I felt free for the first time, ever... I keep praying. I keep having faith. I keep hoping. But honestly, I have my moments where I feel like God has abandoned me. He said ask and you shall receive. I'm still waiting for my receiving part, almost 5 years later, over something I need, not want. I don't understand. I am not asking to be rich. I am asking to be stable. And I want my faith to build even more. But it's quiet over here, even when I want to hear from God. I just don't know. I have had 2 meltdowns in the past two days. Feeling so alone and neglected. There's times where I'm angry at God and I tell Him I am. Then later, after the anger has melted away, I ask for forgiveness. I'm barely hanging on and I'm almost about to give up. I'm not getting anywhere in life.
