man, help me please, I don't understand how can i play with this mod. What means "paste this over the dll file in the Chop Goblins directory on your system"? Maybe it is because my English is poor, but I don't understand. I pasted DLL file in the Chop Goblins folder, but nothing succeeded

By any chance did you check the README in the mod's page? It should explain in a bit more detail where the file you need to replace is. At the very least, check your local files in the Chop Goblins folder, SOMEWHERE there should be a file with the exact same name as the DLL file that you need to replace.
