Ingredients:
1 packet Hakka Noodles(150 g)
1 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Corn flour
1/4 tsp pepper
pinch of Salt
For the base:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp chopped Ginger
1 tsp chopped Garlic
1/2 Onion
1 Carrot
1 cup Cabbage
1/2 Capsicum
2 tbsp Chilli sauce
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Corn flour
1-1.5 cup Water
spring Onion for garnishing
