As a young polish guy I must admit.. I'm proud of you. This music became a patriotic song during the World War II in Poland. Our great grandparents and grandparents was so emotionally connected to Chopin, that they wrote text to this music. The most popular version has text that started with: ,,Come back, my Johny, from this bloody war, Return and kiss me, as you did ago, I shall give thee then the fairest white rose" Thanks, Josh. PS. Polish nation is actually not so patriotic as it used to be, but many of us respect Chopin and whole WW2 history. It's to simple to explain in single YT comment.

This is what I have believed for so long, that if you can play classical pieces like this, transpose as necessary, you are now cooking original recipes for everything else, including jazz and blues. I just bought my first "serious" classical guitar (1972 José Ramírez Estudio, from their first shop that was at Concepción Jerónima No. 2, Madrid).
