Sir ji meine galti se 12v 10 amp smps ko 110v par switch karke 220v de diyr ab load lene par transformer mein se kit kit ki awaaz aa rahi hai load bhi nhi le raha Please reply ❤❤😢😢

Aapke SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) mein yeh issue hone ke kaaran SMPS ke internal components damage ho gaye ho sakte hain, kyunki aapne usse 110V mode mein set karke 220V input diya. Ye kuch common faults ho sakte hain: Possible Issues: Input Section Damage: Varistor, fuse, ya input capacitor damage ho sakta hai. Bridge rectifier (diode bridge) short ho sakta hai. Primary Side Switching Components: MOSFET ya transistor jo high voltage ko handle karte hain, woh short ho sakte hain. PWM IC (jo switching control karta hai) damage ho sakta hai. Transformer Issue: Transformer technically damage nahi hota, lekin agar switching circuit theek se kaam nahi kar raha toh transformer se "kit-kit" ki awaaz aa sakti hai. Ye sound switching failure ka indicator hai. Feedback Circuit: Feedback components (opto-coupler ya TL431 IC) bhi fault kar sakte hain. Load Circuit Protection: Output diodes ya capacitors jo load ko handle karte hain, woh short ho sakte hain. Solution Steps: Visual Inspection: SMPS khol kar check karein ki fuse blown toh nahi hai. Burn marks, swollen capacitors, ya damaged components dikh rahe ho toh unko identify karein. Fuse Replace Karke Test Karna: Agar fuse blown hai, toh naya fuse laga kar bina load ke test karein. Agar fuse dubara blow ho jaye, toh aage ka circuit fault mein hai. Multimeter Se Check Karna: Bridge rectifier aur MOSFET ko diode mode mein test karein (continuity check). Transformer winding continuity check karein. Components Replace Karein: Jo components damage hain unko replace karein. Sabse common faulty components hain: Bridge rectifier MOSFET PWM controller IC (e.g., UC3842 ya similar) Input/output capacitors Opto-coupler Test with Load: After repair, pehle bina load ke test karein, phir gradually load connect karein.

Chopper circuit, dc ko ac me convert karta hai jaise rectangular wave with frequency. Isi karan transformer ke primary me ac current flow hota hai aur secondary me voltage induce hota hai.

Bilkul, aap sahi keh rahe hain. Chopper circuit ka use DC ko AC me convert karne ke liye hota hai, jise rectangular wave form me output diya jata hai. Iska basic working principle kuch is tarah hai: Chopper Circuit: DC to AC Conversion: Chopper circuit DC input ko switch karte hain taaki ek pulsating rectangular wave output mil sake. Yeh rectangular wave alternating current (AC) ka form hota hai, lekin iski frequency fixed hoti hai. Transformer Operation: Chopper ke output ko transformer ke primary winding me apply kiya jata hai. Transformer primary winding me jo rectangular AC current flow hota hai, wo secondary winding me electromagnetic induction ke through voltage induce karta hai. Key Points: Rectangular Wave: Chopper output generally ek square wave ya rectangular wave hota hai. Isme on aur off periods fixed hote hain aur frequency bhi defined hoti hai. Transformer Action: Transformer primary me AC current se magnetic field generate hota hai jo secondary winding me voltage induce karta hai, according to the turns ratio of the transformer. Frequency: Frequency of the rectangular wave depends on the chopper circuit's switching frequency. Higher switching frequency results in higher AC frequency. Application: Is technique ka use mainly DC-DC converters me hota hai, jaise switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) me, jahan input DC voltage ko desired AC frequency aur amplitude me convert karke transformer ke through isolation aur voltage transformation ke liye use kiya jata hai. Example of Chopper Circuit Application: SMPS (Switch-Mode Power Supply): Chopper circuit se DC voltage ko high frequency rectangular wave me convert kiya jata hai, jo transformer ke through high efficiency ke sath desired voltage aur isolation provide karta hai. Summary: Chopper circuit DC voltage ko rectangular AC wave me convert karta hai. Yeh AC wave transformer ke primary winding me apply hoti hai, jisse secondary winding me voltage induce hota hai. Yeh technique power supplies aur voltage conversion applications me extensively use hoti hai.

अगर आप चॉप्पर ट्रांसफार्मर पर सीधे 220V AC वोल्ट देंगे, तो ट्रांसफार्मर जल सकता है या खराब हो सकता है क्योंकि चॉप्पर ट्रांसफार्मर को सामान्यत: DC वोल्टेज और नियंत्रित सिग्नल की आवश्यकता होती है। AC वोल्टेज से ट्रांसफार्मर ओवरलोड हो जाएगा और डिवाइस को नुकसान पहुंच सकता है।

Sir mere paas ek transformer hai computer power supply se nikla hai. Usmein ek side pe 6 pins or ek side le 5 pins hain. Uska input output kaise pata chalega. Or usse variable power supply banani ho to 220v input se banegi ??

If the transformer in your 12V DC 200W converter is producing excessive noise, it could be due to several factors: Loose Windings: If the windings of the transformer are loose, they can vibrate and produce noise. Rewinding or securing the windings might help reduce the noise. Core Saturation: If the core of the transformer is saturated, it can cause noise. This might occur if the transformer is not properly designed for the load or if it's being operated outside its specified parameters. Vibration Dampening: Adding dampening materials or mounting the transformer securely can reduce mechanical vibrations that cause noise. Replace the Transformer: If the transformer is old or defective, replacing it with a new one designed for lower noise levels might be necessary.
