Fantastic video that points out different needs for different weather conditions about soil mixes and learning to figure it out depending on location. There's no one specific soil mix that works for everyone. Beautiful succulents and arrangement Ms. Ebro!

I stumbled across the same soil mix ratio a couple of years ago and so far my cacti and succulents seem to be doing well in it. As for that large repurposed beautiful planter, it would be impractical in the Houston area since it gets too cold in the winter. But it does give me some ideas, so thanks for sharing as usual!

Pls help! We are having heatwave here in North California Valley. 5days straight. Shall I water the succulents? They look stressed. I water them before the first day of heat. Advice highly appreciated

Yes. Make sure they are well hydrated. Water during the cooler part of the day. Preferably in the morning when the heat is not too strong yet. You might need to protect them With shade cloth especially when you experience 3 digit temperatures.
