Thanks to you and some other channels I’ve watched I started going to the gym two weeks ago! I’ve watched my food intake by using a calorie budget app and I go to the gym for four days (at least two hours each day) and then take a break for two days because that’s all my body can handle. With time, I think you’ll just accept it for what it is and let it go. Anger is toxic, as are resentments. Having a resentment is like taking poison and hoping the other person dies. Great video I feel this completely. I had a insane childhood and my “best friend” during high school was a dick head and came from a well off family who only mocked others who didn’t have good education which was by upbringing. I spent over a decade worrying about friends who didn’t care if I succeed but were more so concerned how I could help them. Everything he’s saying is true. Everybody wants and expects you to be AVERAGE. I have a killer business I’ve been working on starting for years. Was told by a business analyst it is ‘impossible’ and ‘too difficult’. To me, this means it is a good one. Think about it-if a business analyst heard Elon Musk talk about how he is going to send someone to Mars or have brain implants to increase intelligence, they would have said that was ‘impossible’ and ‘too difficult’ as well, and his businesses are awesome. Guys on this channel-there is so much BS out there it is ridiculous. So much wasted time on BS talk and opinions. Focus on getting things done and actions and you will progress towards your goals.
