That badge represents terrorism to all minorities especially after slavery was over; when they found any slave they either raped the women or lynched whoever they caught. White males with a badge and a gun are the real terrorist of this country. San Mateo county is one of the most racist and bias county not to mention the sheriff's department where the most bigotry comes from, they should get exposed for their hideous crimes. San Mateo county and the highway patrol always need to do a mental evaluation on any white male and other races that wants to serve the community. Stop hiring military personnel which are racist and have PTSD or are bias towards any ethic groups. I love the USA but I hate that the sad truth is that they are the ones who have rape, torture, lynched: blacks Mexicans and native Americans. American people should not have any rights to judge the very community it has traumatized throughout history. Thanks to Steve Wagstaffe for letting San Mateo county police department be full of bigotry and discrimination towards minorities.
