Used to be scary and was told to say JC’s name and all is good. Yet my experience is they don’t want banishing, just your attention. And once I let go, like you mentioned, not a problem. I wonder with a lot of these spirits/ nephalim(😂) that people keep trying to get rid of; perhaps that’s throwing the baby out with the bath water? If we are all christs, we all have that potential, then all that is needed is knowing you don’t need to be scared. Our consciousness is the bomb❤ still get gently caressed at night on the head. If you talk to anybody who does OBE’s on a regular basis, they will ALL tell you that sleep paralysis is a part of getting out of body. In fact, our bodies all go into this paralysis while sleeping, it is part of the sleeping process, the only difference is you mentally wake up while in the paralysis, again, a part of ALL OBE’s. I believe that at that time maybe an entity could take advantage of you in that moment but I don’t believe that if you are experiencing sleep paralysis is HAS to be an entity feeding. If you watch all the Monroe institute OBE’s and talk to people who regularly have OBE’s then this “sleep paralysis IS an entity feeding on you” is false.

I think they’re both the same thing, and it’s really us doing it to us - the repressed elements of our psyche breaking through the flimsy barriers we put up in our attempt to deny aspects of self

I think they're one in the same as well. But I ain't us doing some of those things to us. Like they do to children and genocide, etc. That ain't us. Possibly a spiral down from the black sorcerers and parasites who got us to harm animals, each other, etc? I like that you brought up the soul trap theories going around, and I get why people feel that way. Maybe we created this realm to play and it spun out of control (lol as no a spinning ball with curved water) but again, I'm not perfect but I'm not doing any of this genocide and p diddling to anyone... maybe you can elaborate?​@InnerVersePodcast
