Imo the issue is chrischan is very very autistic. He is regarded… he should never have been allowed to be posting on the internet once he started to pull trolls and have trouble in life because of his unique character. Hes been manipulated and fucked with to insane degrees. After he got arrested he should be banned from posting anything on the internet or interacting with anyone on the internet. The justice system imo failed chris really bad if hes back on youtube after all the horrible things that happen. Guys like him, daniel larson and cyraxx should not be on the internet. I hate all sides of the Chris Chan situation. I hate Chris Chan, I hate the people who poke at Chris Chan, I REALLY hate the people who feel they have the right to go walk up to that house when they know he’s in jail and poke at his mother who is in a questionable mental state, and I hate the system that can grow a Chris Chan and then not do anything about him until literal mom-boinking takes place. Let`s be friends then. Lol Cereal now, I totally agree. But I would add that the "system" in question really didn`t do anything at all, even after "literal mom boinking took place" as you put it so fittingly. They took him in for a little while, (which was long overdue anyway btw.) woohoo, and then they just let him roam free again without an entry in the SA registry, without a trial, or any kind of punishment AT ALL, allowing this cretin to now claim everything from him being innocent, over it all being the trolls fault right up to him being freaking jesus who only went to jail for our sins FFS! Oh, and thereby also allowing him to mingle with minors again while he keeps grifting children and idiots alike like nothing ever happened while he doubles and tripples down on everything that made him a disgusting waste of space and oxygen in the first place, like spreading his wacko delusions to ppl of all ages. The last part is esp disturbing, since you never know who might pick up on that crap. I am talking mentally ill people/children who might not know better.

Yeah, I've been in my local hospital's MHU a few times in adulthood, just for depression and severe anxiety. And that seems like how it was for most everyone else I ever met in there. There were a few really crazy people (like schizophrenics), but for the most part, the average patient in the MHU were just regular people who are going through some seriously difficult time in life and had a sort of breakdown. Struggling with depression or suicidal thoughts, so they got admitted for a week or two.

Its not his sanity or mania. As crazy as it sounds. I believe he like most people with Autism are EXTREMELY sane, and have all The marbles upstairs. Their brains just are soo hard wired to think a certain way, or not comprehend things. So just the most bare basic of things will appear as normal to them and be mind boggling to everyone else. In this and the 3 hour documentary. I didnt see a man with no mental capacity to know. I saw the opposite. I saw a trully UNHINGED man, who stood by every single word he ever spoke, because he trully just diesnt understand how crazy it all sounds

(not troll influenced) The court don’t care about his wellbeing because a crazy person with a past criminal record is not top priority and to them not worth dropping money on.(but having him in a straight jacket should be mandatory.)

@@whoknowswhocares885 sounds like your defending the lowlifes who continued to harass the lolcow that is chris chan. Chris chan needs to be kept in some form of facility that can keep him out of society at large while also getting him the treatment and help he needs, but at the end of the day saying that the trolls were irrelevant to his mental decline is absolute insanity. Those same trolls should be locked in the same place as chris chan, if not buried underneat the prison. As long has he can get away with being this way, he will do it. Chris is not a good person, to say the least. But he has something more going on than just autism as well.. He is mentally challenged. How do you explain someone that graduated high school and college and still thought that the way to save unborn children was to recycle your own semen via drinking it. And he made that video when he was what?.. 27 - 28 years old?.... Still living with his mommy and daddy in a cluttered room filled to the brim with video games and toys and plushies. There is no saving this guy. The only one that can help him now is himself and i dont see that happening. Kids will just take advantage out of him because of some clout and hes going to be like the weird old man down the road that everybody laughs at like a freak show.

I'm high functioning autist with a cluster B mother who tried the same thing, the difference is I'm independent and functional, and I was conscious enough to know it's wrong. She tried for 30 years to touch me, and I refused. It's genuinely uncomfortable to the point of being emotionally painful. I made her feel rejected, so she perceived me as an abuser, started saying all kinds of nasty lies to family about me cause how do you justify "My kid is mean with me because he don't want me to touch him" ? :D I had to sever the relationship with her, and my life feels... Normal now ? No one else minds that I don't like being touched or even being around other people. This isn't depression posting, more like hum.. Showing another side of what this attitude might lead to with an autistic person. I'm actually very happy nowadays. :D Respect people's boundaries friendos, even if they're your child. I loved my mother, and I don't anymore because she insists on breaking my boundaries even after I went no contact.

@@FlavorsomeMusic You're a grown person (I assume?) would be weird if people still touched you when you didnt want to. I think I'm on the spectrum myself. I have ADHD and I've never felt comfortable being social or even being around others. It drains me as if I had run 50 miles mentally. It took my mother years until she understood. Though, I also think its a coping mechanism for her. "Oh, he doesnt like to come visit or go out for dinner because hes likely autistic". Having something to blame it on often helps people accept it better. Though, it seems your mother took it as a slight and went the high school drama queen route of blaming you.
@FlavorsomeMusic
@FlavorsomeMusic 6 ай бұрын
@@rasmusazu Yeah I am well into adulthood at this point, I started having these symptoms as a pre-teen. Social being draining is definitely how I would peg it, other symptoms include (at least for me) being unable to read social cues, always approaching situations like it's a problem of logic and numbers and the door to my appartment being like.. this uncrossable threshold, my home is a sanctuary to me, the only place where I really feel fully safe, and people crossing that threshold make me feel uncomfortable. I also build relationships more based on trust and shared interests than feelings ? I would say that I never felt my symptoms as a bad thing ? It's always external things that made me feel like it's bad ie: my mother, struggling to function in a work environment with other people, etc... You can also like.. become fairly well-liked by people and be part of a community without triggering these symptoms ? At this point, I manage a community of ~80 people online, and yeah, they perceive my communication style as harsh, but fair, and I am really good at resolving problems/moderation. Also, circling back to this appartment thing, I think people like this are very desirable to landlords, and I believe he identified it in me early, and picked me because of it. He definitely behaves with me like someone who knows what an autist is. He always communicates with me via texts, rarely does so and he only comes into my place if he really needs to. I hear all kinds of horror stories from the other tenants about party people, so yeah, you can be very desirable on a societal level. If you feel like you might be on the spectrum, then I suggest developing skills that you can exercise from home that you can potentially monetize, coding being a very, very obvious thing to recommend, and if you're more into art, electronic music and the like because of its logical/mathematical nature. ADHD is very commonly comorbid with high functioning autism for millenials and beyond. Ultimately though, I'm not a doctor!!!! If you have any doubts, go see one, don't listen to random strangers online too much. :D

@@JesusChristDenton Isn’t it deemed a mistrial if the jury is presumed to have been exposed to biased information of the case outside of court? I feel like I remember that happening with Rittenhouse. I heard the judge ask the jury to not consume any news about the trial when they went home a time or two. Maybe I’m misremembering what he said made it a mistrial (I think I’m using the correct terminology) & ultimately ruled that he could not be made to stand trial again.

Chris Chan should be receiving care in a professional institution... It should really scare anyone living in The US, to know that you can become *this* mentally ill, and still receive absolutely zero help. You'll be left to your own devices, until you do something that will give the authorities reason to put you in prison... Do people really think prison is the right place for someone like Chris Chan, or should he be put somewhere he can receive the help he needs, to not be a danger to himself and others?

While I do agree with you mostly, Chris Chan is far too gone. I feel there's no way to help him be normal . There is no way to help him become a functional member in society . I'm not trying to be an asshole, but the guy is very mentally unwell and he is a danger to others . I feel he needs to be institutionalized in a hospital and live the rest of his life there . For the sake of everyone. Sorry if this comes off very harsh. But the guy already hurt his mother. I don't want him hurting any more people.

I feel like that moment when Chris got that donation where he was confronted with the fact he raped barb, what I believe is happening is it almost seems like it’s the first time it ever sunk in. The emotion almost seemed like straight horror to me. I wonder if that was the first time someone used the word rape to explain it to him. It seems like he’s realizing for the first time that yes, what he did was rape his mom. He looks genuinely horrified, like I’m certain he would be when he realized he is rapist. It’s like he’s finally realizing how horrifically dark and disturbed he truly is, like he’s terrified of what he’s done and what he’s capable of. That clip was very disturbing to me.

The biggest thing to take away is, other than people brought to this person by the internet, no one has cared about this family for a long time. The time for outside family or friends to step in and help was probably back in the 90s. There is no further care or protection order for Barbra because someone has to pay for it and care enough to help getting these things rolling. There is no long term care for Chris because he is not "sick enough" for the systems we have in place which are not amazing anyway. Every angle of this story and history is one that showcases failure. Failure of parenting, personal responsibility, systems of government....just acres of failure. Chris-chan will never fail to make me feel very sad, grossed out, and slightly angry.
