The guy who wrote the song can do whatever he likes with the song. I think the performance here is amazing.

This is the best live version of Hunger Strike I've ever seen. He even did the high belting parts at the end. And a cool different fingerstyle arrangement of the arpeggios. And in my hometown, where I still lived at the time. Mind blown. Wish I had been there. RIP Chris thank you for all your gifts.

That man's voice will never be topped as far as I am concerned just legendary !!! There are tons of high singers, but Chris' high end was different than the operatic or histrionic singer high ends, his has world weariness, savage beauty, and most importantly balls !

Dude kills it every performance, every song. Regardless if they are written by him or not. What other real and true musician can pull that off? Not to mention there are literally less then 15 or 20 actual true musicians in the world now, that are "famous." Hence why music has been so terrible do the past decade or so. It sucks so much there are so few rock stars and real artists out there now days. There are more UNKNOWN talented and true artists then there are in main stream media....
@sleepyhorses610011 ай бұрын
Every generation says the same thing. There will be someone saying the same thing you are right now on the video from a performer that is younger than Chris, and the cycle will continue forever….with each generation convinced that they were the one that got to experience “real” music.
