Chris Duarte is so good it hurts me. In my opinion, the single most under-rated guitar player ever. This is heart & soul 100% with rock-solid technique anchoring it, with top-notch showmanship. I can only aspire to such greatness.

I saw Chris on this tour in 99 in Omaha...Played on my birthday!..Met him after show and got autograph and pics. Great guy. Those were the days. He had HOT band!!

14 yrs later and Chris should be more well known. He is to his followers. Plus, he puts everything into his playing. Not to take away from certain others who are great guitarists but they got in the back door by doing poppy radio friendly songs. Still do. Meanwhile, Chris, Mato Nanji from Indigenous, Jonny Lang, KWS and more still not as well known as they should be. Definitely not making the money a certain other guy is. These guys stuck to their true love. It’s about playing the guitar not being a celebrity.
