I think they mean a lottery in terms of immigration. The US has a lottery system to give out green cards in several countries. And I personally know people who got a green card when their name got pulled out of that lottery system. So that’s what they’re talking about. It’s VERY hard to get a green card otherwise (which I’ve had to go through), hence they call that system a lottery system and it’s only done in certain countries.

I want to try again, I don't really understand what was done that was do offensive. What I did see is that they both apologized for what was said and done. Chris should not lose his job no way.
