TSHF hits especially hard because of its timing. It was Megadeth’s first post-9/11 record, and the USA was at war. It felt like the album the world needed at that time. Blackmail is possibly the best opener in Megadeth’s catalogue (Fighting it out with Holy Wars).

It's the last decent Megadeth record. Also the beginning of the Dave Mustaine solo project and kind of the starting point of his descent into conspiracy theory &right wing bullshit. I still listen to the album every now and then though, there's some pretty cool songs on there.
