I’m 45 yrs old. My glory days were 92-2002. I grew up in the Bay. Couple years ago I went to LA and skated the strip in Santa Monica with my brother and our sons. Roberts was on the red curb with other legends; we casually shouted over at him as we cruised by, and his genuine smile and humble disposition as we waved made me appreciate growing up skating when I did. Roberts is a legend in my book.

Good one! Nice to see Chris on that side of the mic, being himself. 2018 I sprained my wrist and couldn't do down-dog stretches for 6 or so weeks. First time back on my board after that, I rolled 20 feet, popped ONE kickflip and tore my Achilles tendon. Out for the rest of the summer! It still acts up sometimes. I landed that kickflip though.
