That guitar on the right on the couch is now my guitar. He was my neighbor and gave it to me as a gift. That's crazy.

Holy crap! Just bought an SSC-55 sienna burst. You just don’t find them for sale anymore. I found one still new in the box! It was lost in a warehouse for a few years. Glad to get one back in my collection. One of those I wish I never sold years ago!

Just bought a Vox SDC-55 in Transparent Red. Gotta love the 3-way coaxial pickups, "MaxConnect" bridge/tailpiece, and the sturdy build. These are extremely under-rated guitars.

Thanks for this video! We got to catch Chris and company a few months ago and I noticed the Vox that Chris was playing - I knew it was custom for Chris because of the crescent moons and his initials on the fret board. Sounded and looked awesome!

Love the Crowes and Chris, I see he's now starting a new band, good luck to him. Beautiful guitar, I love the inlays, definetly has a Greatful Dead vibe to it.

A Beauty, and I can relate to what Chris is saying about the guitar being an inspiration because it's different. I have a rare 1966 Vox Wildcat acoustic/electric jazzbox. The pickup in it is amazing sounding - a little like a P90, it has incredible tone. I've owned it for over 25 years, and I don't play it often, but when I need a different sound, out she comes, and she delivers. I recently began playing it quite a bit more, and it has become the inspiration for my latest recording project.

It's a song called "Appaloosa". If I'm not mistaken, CR originally did it with the Crowes on their "Before The Frost" album, and then recorded it with CRB on "The Magic Door".

these were one of Korg's(Vox') better offerings,really underrated fairly unique guitars and for a good price.The pickup configs are really flexible and the tones really usable,the slender light feel was nice too.

Did Vox stop the production of the HDC, HSC, SDC, SSC? :( Is it possible to contact the custom shop from Vox to ask a custom guitar? A dream about a 7 string hollow body with the Vox Pickups

I think I know why stoners say "you know" and "like" so much: because they have absolutely no idea what to say and what they are talking about, so they fill up their thoughts and sentences with 'no-more-big-gaps' word filler. Awesome guitar.
@stillnessinmovement7 жыл бұрын
agree. stoners often go by feel a lot, so they are trying to create a connection to another person's feeling, not just articulate concepts.

Would you like me to show you my profile where I've posted over 50 pieces of both poetry and lyrics? Whether they're as good as this dude's is completely open to interpretation. I was simply making a funny statement about his constant use of phrases such as "you know" and "like", which I find an annoying quirk of many people. You don't need to act like a butthurt child.
