I watched 6 times and I am impressed that he went live. I know he flubbed the emancipation/concussion line and I totally understand it. I actually like that you saw him stumble on that joke. It's relatable. They should put out the live, not some edited version. We get to see how incredibly well he handled it and to see that comedians are human like the rest of us and fuck up from time to time. He stumbled and recovered pretty much right away. It was pretty chill not his best work but also a lot better than most. I think my problem with this special is mostly that we've seen these topics done better by different comedians by this point. There wasn't anything new nor new groundbreaking approach to the execution of these jokes but all in all because it was Chris Rock there were still good moments.
